No person operating a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle or article which prevents the driver from keeping at least one hand upon the handle bars.

This Nevada statute regards the carry of a package, bundle or article while operating a bicycle. A bicyclist who violates this statute may be deemed by the court to have committed “negligence per se”.
