No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle upon a roadway.

This Nevada statute provides that no one shall cling to a motor vehicle upon a roadway. A person who violates this statute may be deemed by the court to have committed “negligence per se”.
