Daniel Ingrassia
Mr. Ingrassia received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 2005 and his B.A. in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University in 2002. During this time, he was actively involved with both the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams, and was a regional semifinalist in the 2005 National Moot Court competition. He was admitted to practice law in the state courts of Nevada as well as the United States District Court of Nevada in 2005.
Mr. Ingrassia has represented clients in product liability cases, wrongful death cases, medical malpractice cases, automobile accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip/trip and falls. He has represented numerous client in Nevada's mandatory arbitration program, as well as private arbitration and mediation. He has also successfully negotiated many cases prior to formal litigation.
Sue Cash
Ms. Cash is a Paralegal for Bourgault & Harding. She works primarily with Mr. Harding on complex litigation trial cases. She obtained her National Paralegal certification in 1992 and she and Mr. Harding have presented numerous continuing legal education seminars in trial preparation and procedures.

Jackie Abrego
Ms. Abrego is a Legal Assistant for Bourgault & Harding. She works with Mr. Harding & Mr. Bourgault in the preparation of legal documents. Ms. Abrego works primarily on large damage cases which are set for Jury Trials. However, she also assists in some Mediations and Arbitrations. She is fluent in Spanish and assists with the firm's Spanish speaking clients.
